• Compliments Other Native Plants

  • Works Well in Drainage Channels

  • Can Handle Muddy or Dry Situations

Dryarna Turf is a native grass that has been used successfully for over 14 years in hundreds of drainage channels, as it copes very well in both very wet and dry conditions. It’s an excellent choice for the bottom of grass lined channels or deeper water channels. Dryarna can grow in 30cm of permanent water or in semi-dry conditions.

Dryarna Turf is often laid in drainage channels and then inter-planted with wetland plants, to create an environment that mimics the plant life found in these structures naturally. This helps out compete other types of crass and make it easy to maintain. In dry situations, when grown on a slope, Dryarna turf will turn brown but will green up again after rain.
